Description
Our team prepares Memorandums of Lease and Disclosure Statements to support negotiations and meet legal requirements. Once a tenant is secured, we draft formal Lease Agreements incorporating all negotiated terms accurately.
We guide clients on costs, suggesting that lease preparation fees are settled before granting access to prospective tenants. Outgoings can be adjusted at lease settlement if agreed upon, or are generally billed by the landlord during the lease term. With thorough planning and expert support, we ensure the leasing process is smooth, transparent, and efficient from start to finish.
